Media Computation 101

Have you ever wondered how special effects are done on images? Have you ever wanted to try it for yourself? This session is an adaptation of one of our introductory computer science courses. You will learn some of the fundamentals of media manipulation while applying basic programming principles and techniques. This will culminate in a showcase of your creativity with prizes given to those who are most expressive in their use of computer media.
